You will:

• Owning and build our Web3 payments product

• Set goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with our mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy

• Work with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the product

• Work closely with Design and UX Research to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience

• Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, sales & BD and external partners / customers with high efficiency and expectations

• Responsible for writing and maintaining Helio product docs, including video content

You may be fit for this role if you have the following:

• 2-3 years of experience building payments / fintech products

• 2+ years of proven success building the core functionality of payments products

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• An eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices

• An understanding of technical backend with integrations and APIs

• High analytical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation

• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partners

• A bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and be hands on

• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment

• Ideally you’re London based
