Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focusedĀ Customer Support AgentĀ to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Plutus products and services. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for fintech, excellent problem-solving skills, and a drive to help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance:Ā Respond to user inquiries via email, live chat, and other channels, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic support.
- Problem Resolution:Ā Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to the Plutus app, Visa card, or crypto services.
- Knowledge Sharing:Ā Educate users on Plutus features and services, guiding them on how to maximize the platform's benefits.
- Collaboration:Ā Work closely with internal teams, such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing, to address user concerns and enhance the customer experience.
- Documentation:Ā Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all tickets are tracked and resolved efficiently.
- Feedback Loop:Ā Identify common user pain points and communicate actionable feedback to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience:Ā At least 1ā2 years of customer support experience, preferably in fintech or cryptocurrency environments.
- Technical Proficiency:Ā Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain concepts.
- Communication Skills:Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathy:Ā A customer-first mindset with the ability to remain patient and understanding during challenging situations.
- Adaptability:Ā Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a dynamic, global team.
- Tools:Ā Experience with support tools such as Zendesk.
