It serves as a transaction processor network that is reimagining the execution of on-chain payments and moving the world's GDP on-chain.💻 About the role:As a Senior Product Manager at Safe, you will have the opportunity to shape the roadmap of the Safe{Wallet} product and fully own all product-related responsibilities for the Safe{Wallet} team.
You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 70+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin 🇩🇪. Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹 and other countries.🗃️ What you will be doing:
Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Safe Wallet, ensuring alignment with the company vision and business objectives.
Define clear product goals, prioritize initiatives, and set success metrics that drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
Collaborate with the Business Manager & the Go-to-market Team to align product decisions with market needs, revenue goals, and strategic opportunities.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager & Tech Leads to ensure technical feasibility, smooth execution of initiatives, and timely delivery of features.
Conduct user research to understand customer pain points and needs, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
Manage the backlog by writing clear, detailed user stories and prioritizing tasks based on business impact and user value.
Track and analyze product performance using data-driven insights to inform iterative improvements and new feature development.
Mentor and guide Product Managers, helping them develop their skills and align their work with the team’s goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and user-centric product experiences.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
Represent the product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across the organization.
🎒 What you will bring:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years leading cross-functional teams in Web3, fintech, or related industries.-(If coming from a non-web3 industry, they should believe in the mission of web3 and show a keen interest in developing further knowledge to become a domain expert).
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Business to align product, technical, and business strategies.
Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translatecomplex concepts into clear product requirements.
Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers.
Excellent in project management.
Expert in leveraging metrics and making data-driven arguments & decisions.
ESSENTIAL TRAITS
Excellent English, written and spoken (transparent and concise communication)
Highly structured when it comes to how they organize, make decisions, and present their work. (This includes documentation and presentations).
Embraces ownership, receiving/giving feedback.
Knows how to tackle a big task breaking it down into a set of smaller tasks.
Can work well in a hybrid distributed team (Berlin, Lisbon, Zug).
Takes ownership of individual tasks and embraces collaboration.
Know how to prioritize work and when to delegate.
Identifies and directs the team towards areas for improvement. This includes both technical aspects as well as topics related to processes, collaboration, and team structure.
Do not wait for others to find a solution to problems.
Confident in preparing and running internal workshops.
Can find reasonable trade-offs between perfectionism and robustness.
Experience holding leadership / mentoring responsibilities.

Understanding of self-custody wallets, DeFi protocols, and multi-chain ecosystems.
Experience building mobile products.
Ability to understand the concept of smart contracts.
