What we are looking for... a Business Operations Manager to ensure business value is delivered by acting as the glue between product, risk, compliance, legal, finance, security, and various other teams. You’ll be involved early in process definition, breaking down complex workflows into streamlined systems that align with regulatory and industry standards.
By leading the product operations lifecycle, you turn challenges into opportunities. You understand the 'what' and 'why' (led by PMs) and own the 'how' (with engineering and compliance) and the 'when.' Spotting dependencies and blockers early is key, with a strong focus on removing them quickly.
Agile principles guide the process, but flexibility and iteration with the team are what truly drive results.
A calm leader who can turn uncertainty into a clear plan is essential. The team's success matters most. You give credit for wins and take responsibility when things don’t go as planned. You're humble and ready to get your hands dirty—you tackle tough work with loyalty and perseverance.
Job Description:
Control Function Alignment:
Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, finance, and security teams to ensure our processes are always audit-ready and regulatory compliant.

Special Projects:
Lead initiatives addressing emerging regulatory or operational challenges.

A degree is preferred but not essential; a mathematical or equivalent background is highly desirable given the math and trading centric nature of the role.
At least 5 years of experience in business and/or product operations, compliance, or related fields, within the financial/trading/crypto industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Exceptional organizational skills, especially for managing regulatory documentation.
