About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager at OAK Network, you will be at the helm of developing and executing growth strategies across our social media channels, paid media, and search engine rankings, all while leading a small, dynamic growth team. Your primary goal will be to expand OAK's follower base, amplify user engagement, and meticulously monitor performance metrics across various channels. Your strategic insight and creative prowess will be instrumental in continuously enhancing our social media presence, significantly bolstering OAK's brand and strengthening our community connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns by collaborating with the team on content calendars, interacting with social media influencers, and providing leadership on various platforms.

• Pay close attention to the latest crypto trends on social media, and design timely strategies accordingly.

• Conduct cross-promotional campaigns with technical partners for user acquisition and engagement.

• Strategically promote significant announcements, product releases, and community engagement initiatives.

• Enhance OAK's website and blog visibility on major search engines, and craft compelling posts to generate user anticipation for upcoming announcements.

• Bridge the gap between product and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

• Work in close collaboration with and report directly to the Founder & CEO.

What We're Looking For

• A deep understanding of how to maximize the impact of marketing communications.

• A proven record of building a strong presence via a variety of channels.

• Meticulous project management skills with a keen ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership from day one and a collaborative spirit.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in crypto.

• Preferably located in San Francisco or the Bay Area.

• A deep passion for blockchain technology

• Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills in English.
