Job Description:

We are seeking a growth-minded social media manager for our accounts and communities on X/Twitter, Farcaster, and Telegram. We need someone who thrives online, consistently creates hit posts and memes, and is able to communicate fluently in communities with different tones of voice. The right candidate is curious and proactive, and will work seamlessly with content creators, growth specialists, and designers to turn short and long form content into memorable social posts that drive interaction. Importantly, we want a team member who comprehends how social media can strategically advance business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Social media engagement and content creation

Develop new and reapply existing content into a vibrant social media strategy to elevate our profile and establish our brand as a leader in the web3 and NFT spaces.
Drive effective and creative social media campaigns, working cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product, and other teams.
Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery of content across all digital channels and campaigns.
Act as the primary moderator for all X/Twitter accounts and X/Twitter communities, ensuring our digital interactions are consistently enjoyable and engaging.
Manage our presence across various platforms including X/Twitter, Farcaster, Telegram, etc., ensuring we're everywhere our users are.
Engage with the community by responding to inbound messages and initiating proactive conversations to foster positive engagement.
Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, and sentiment/market observations.
Grow our social accounts and communities. Consistently drive month to month follower and engagement growth.

Impact reporting:

Own social media impact reporting (somehow)
Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.

Requirements:

Must be available during core CET or EST working hours
Proven experience in a marketing/growth (web3 experience is required)
Exceptional time management, including work planning, and organization
Excel in a remote-only work with within Thrive and with key partner community stakeholders
Ability to create succinctly written documentation
Fluent in spoken and written English
Ability to multitask and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with urgency
Highly autonomous; you thrive on iterative learning-by-doing
High emotional intelligence with an ability to think creatively, strategically, and innovatively
Desire to build alongside a passionate and mission-driven team whose values align with yours
