About the Role
Are you passionate about web3 and have a knack for community engagement and growth?
We're on the hunt for a Product and Community Growth Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting with NFT collectors, artists, and web3 brands. This is more than a job; it's a chance to be at the forefront of the web3 revolution, crafting and nurturing a product that has potential to resonate deeply within the community. This role offers not just the excitement of building something meaningful but also the opportunity to hold a significant equity stake. The opportunity starts on a part-time (10-20+ hours/week), unsalaried basis (equity remuneration), with the collective goal of swiftly moving towards revenue generation or funding that will allow for full-time dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content tailored for various platforms like X, ensuring the content resonates with the web3 community and aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in and manage social and community channels, foster discussions on social media, including in X Spaces. Provide insights, and engage with both existing and potential customers.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with key web3 influencers and thought leaders to create partnerships, collaborations, or endorsements that can enhance brand visibility and credibility within the web3 ecosystem.
- Product-Led Growth Initiatives: Work closely with the founding team to understand the product deeply and use this knowledge to inform growth strategies. Gather feedback from the community and influencers to inform product development.
Required Skills
- Strong Understanding of the Web3 Ecosystem: Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DAOs, and other web3 concepts.
- Excellent Communication and Engagement Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, engage with diverse audiences, and foster community relationships.
- Content Creation and Marketing Skills: Experience in creating compelling content and using social media and other platforms for brand growth.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze engagement data, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform growth strategies.
- Proven Community Building Skills: Experience in effectively growing and engaging an audience or community within web3, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Purveyor of fine memes: Ability to engage and resonate with the web3 community through the use of memes. A deep understanding of internet culture and trends.
