Your responsibilities will include explaining our products, assisting with onboarding, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities- Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including guidance on using them effectively.
- Help clients navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain integration.
- Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and client engagement.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and market dynamics.
