Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, community-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and optimize our social media presence across key platforms including Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role will be central to amplifying The Hamieverse brand narrative, supporting key initiatives, and driving engagement across a rapidly growing global audience.

While creative skills are a bonus, this is not a content creation role. Instead, your primary focus will be on social strategy, publishing cadence, engagement management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Manage and implement a robust content and engagement strategy across all social media channels, aligned with The Hamieverse brand pillars and product roadmap.

Coordinate with creative and product teams to ensure timely, impactful messaging around launches, campaigns, and community initiatives.

Platform Oversight & Engagement

Maintain an active and responsive presence across channels, particularly Twitter/X and Telegram, where much of our community lives.

Amplify community-driven content, highlight Foundation impact, and support campaigns such as The Hivemind daily themes.

Campaign & Activation Support

Partner with marketing and partnerships leads to roll out viral campaigns, themed missions, and influencer activations across Web2 and Web3 audiences.

Ensure brand alignment and audience targeting for each campaign’s specific goals.

Analytics & Optimization

Monitor KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, airdrop participation, and campaign-specific performance.

Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve performance and community resonance.

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in a social media management role, ideally within Web3, gaming, or mission-aligned communities.

Strong understanding of platform dynamics, audience behavior, and engagement strategies across Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram.

Skilled in managing content calendars, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating across teams.

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a fast-moving remote environment.

Bonus: Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut), while not required, is a plus.
