As we transition into the development and operational phases, we are seeking a <strong>Financial Expert</strong> to bring expertise in financial systems, blockchain-based trading, and DeFi protocols to help shape the platform’s features and strategies.</p><h3><strong>Role Overview</strong></h3><p>The Financial Expert will play a critical role in shaping the platform's financial strategies and advising on features that enhance yield optimization and backend integrations according to the platform vision and industrial trends. This individual will also act as the in-house resource for active trading strategies and market analysis for vaults managed by Starke Finance. Financial Expert

The Operations Lead (OL) reports to the Omni Store Manager (OSM) and is responsible for driving a positive customer experience and all workflow related to assigned area of responsibility (AOR) including, but not limited to, sales, customer experience, merchandising, product flow, pricing, and inventory management. Leads and directs workload of Omni Associates in AOR and partners with the OSM and Assistant Omni Store Manager on company initiatives. The Receiving Lead reports to the Omni Store Manager and is responsible for leading all backroom functions including receiving, processing, sorting and stocking all deliveries. Receiving Lead is responsible for all Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) processes including cycle counts, RTVs and adjustments.
