Our flag products, Starknet and StarkEx, facilitate secure, trustless, and scalable blockchain applications over Ethereum.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our software, designing innovative and complex Apps over web3, and leading the process from definition to design to ensure the best user experience. If you are a passionate and experienced designer with a background in designing for the blockchain space or in B2C companies, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements- Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Product Designer and User Experience (UX) Designer, must have B2B experience
- Experience in designing in the blockchain space and a keen passion for it
- Demonstrable expertise in designing complex software interfaces
- Proficiency in using design and prototyping in Figma
- Create prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights, iteratively improving the product design based on user needs.
- Implement and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations, infusing them into the product development process.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful user experiences.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Solid portfolio showcasing your past projects, design process, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, striving for pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
