This role includes analyzing and optimizing existing integrations as well as designing, constructing and testing data pipelines via software programming languages to execute all marketing and advertising functions. You will become the owner of the team’s data-related integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and implementing various marketing technology tools, such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console (GSC), and should feel comfortable managing REST API processes and back-end data management within our data warehouse and towards external partners. They should be accustomed to work with the Dev and product teams. They should also possess a strong ability to create and present insightful reports to the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and management of marketing technology tools, including GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager. Conduct regular data analysis using tools such as GA4, GSC, AppsFlyer, and CM360 to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance
• Assist on the implementation of Web-To-App measurement and attribution strategies
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all marketing campaigns by verifying the proper implementation of tracking codes, pixels, and tags
• Implement Server-to-Server integrations with multiple networks via API for campaign measurement and optimization purposes
• Support the team in maintaining and troubleshooting marketing technology tools and platforms
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed, accurate performance reports for leadership and internal teams, focused on key marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, strategies, and data requirements
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and data analytics to improve internal processes and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Full proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and in English to be able to work effectively with multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a focus on marketing technology implementations and data analysis
• Familiarity with marketing technology tools, such as Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong experience in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, and CM360
• Previous experience connecting and managing different marketing APIs such as Google Ads API or Meta’s CAPI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingStrong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership and various team members
• SQL/Python Language, Bigquery understanding is a plus
