Developer Relations Launchpad

Protocol Labs is a research, development, and deployment institution for improving Internet technology. Protocol Labs leads groundbreaking internet projects, such as IPFS, the decentralized web protocol; Filecoin, a cryptocurrency incentivized storage network; and libp2p, a modular network stack for peer-to-peer apps and systems. Launchpad at Protocol Labs

At Protocol Labs, we are working on a new effort to scale technical talent into web3. PLN Launchpad is a six-week, full-time onboarding program designed to train, develop, and match technical talent at scale with opportunities in Web3 across the Protocol Labs Network (PLN).

Launchpad aims to help accelerate non-Web3 talent into this new frontier and help web3-savvy contributors quickly ramp up their InterPlanetary web3 knowledge, grow strong PL Network community bonds, and find their best-fit role in the PL Network. This unique role would work with each cohort to onboard various technical talent into our technical stack. You would be both leading demo sessions and workshops and facilitating technical deep dives across the PLN.
