As the pioneers of the cross-chain inscription market, SatoshiSync is looking for Business Development Manager to join our team and drive strategic partnerships, market expansion, and thought leadership in the BTCFi and Inscriptions ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Forge and nurture relationships with key players in the BTCFi ecosystem and Inscriptions.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities within the BTCFi space.

• Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and structuring of partnerships, agreements, and strategic alliances to drive protocol adoption and market expansion.

• Product Integration: Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration with our partners.

• Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Web3 space. Provide insights and recommendations to guide company strategy.

• Community Engagement: Engage with industry communities, attend conferences, and represent the company at events to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership.

• Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships and initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• Proven track record of 2+ years in business development, partnership management, or related roles within the blockchain industries.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, inscriptions, and BTCFi.

• Strong network of contacts within the crypto communities, with the ability to leverage existing relationships to drive business growth.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Native English writing and speaking ability
