Community Manager and Marketing Generalist

We are looking for a passionate community manager and marketing generalist who can help grow and onboard users onto Panoptic. As a Community Manager you will take our community to the next level, both in terms of size and engagement. You will be the number 1 ambassador that helps us stay customer-obsessed.
Responsibilities
- Onboard users onto the Panoptic platform
- Build, grow, and engage with Panopticās community end-to-end
- Provide actionable insights and inform user needs internally
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing and/or social media
- Top-notch verbal and written communication skills in English
- You have grown communities in the past
- You understand market trends within DeFi and options
- You are analytical and can multitask
Nice to have
- Prior experience growing a DeFi platform to at least hundreds of thousand of users
- You have digital design experience
- You have created video content
- You have created educational content (and/or educational animations)
