Flashbots started in 2020 as a research and development organization formed to mitigate the negative externalities and existential risks posed by Maximal Extractable Value (MEV). Since then, we have had an immense impact on the world of crypto through mev-geth, Flashbots Protect, MEV-Boost, MEV-Share, our open research and soon-to-be SUAVE.

What you’ll do

• Spearhead the integration of Flashbots' products like SUAVE with our ecosystem partners, driving collaboration and delivering impactful solutions.

• Foster the growth of our partner ecosystem, overseeing the entire integration process from initial engagement to full implementation.

• Craft and enhance technical documentation to set a high standard for clarity and utility.

• Guide our partnerships and engineering collaborations to ensure alignment and progress on mutual objectives and projects.

• Gather and channel community feedback to shape our internal strategies and product development.

Who you are

• Demonstrated expertise in developing production systems using Golang or Rust, ideally in a hand on crypto project.

• Proficient in working asynchronously, both in teams and independently

• Adaptable, accountable, and focused on high-impact solutions.

• T-shaped skills, with depth in a specific area and breadth across multiple domains

• Nice-to-have is deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, experience across the Ethereum stack, and contributions to open-source projects
