The Role
We’re seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive our outbound sales efforts across the UK and Europe. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll be responsible for both structured prospecting and strategic networking, identifying token projects that need liquidity, engaging them, and setting up high-value meetings for our Business Development team.
This role blends digital prospecting, sharp outreach, and in-person relationship building. As the face of LO:TECH, you'll be constantly on the move, attending crypto meetups, conferences, and meeting with token projects to introduce our innovative market-making-as-a-service solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify token projects and exchanges that could benefit from LO:TECH’s market-making solutions.
- Outbound Sales: Craft personalised, high-impact outreach across Telegram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and email.
- Set Up Meetings: Secure qualified calls for the BD team, ensuring leads are a strong fit.
- Event & Community Networking: Represent LO:TECH at industry events, meet-ups, and conferences—building relationships that convert into real sales opportunities.
- Maintain CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Track all prospect interactions, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Conduit: Collaborate with the trading team to understand client needs and communicate potential solutions
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in market-making, token liquidity, and exchange activity to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in an SDR, BDR, or sales role (crypto, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
- Crypto-native: You understand tokenomics, liquidity, and market-making fundamentals.
- Strong communicator: You can break down complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-starter: You take initiative, track performance, and iterate on what works.
- Natural networker: thrives on meeting new people and building relationships
- Active in the crypto ecosystem: Comfortable in Discord servers, Telegram groups, and crypto Twitter.
- Willingness to travel for key industry events across the UK and Europe.
- Fluent in English (a second language like Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish is a plus).
- A healthy irreverence and sense of humour
