<p>GSR is looking for an experienced front office quantitative strategist with strong derivatives knowledge to join our team on a full-time basis. You will help to deliver a fast, reliable and best-in-class production analytics code base for our global trading franchise.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<p>Develop data-driven solutions for algorithmic trading strategies (high to low frequency), trading signals, risk models, and flow categorization.</p>

<p>Conduct quantitative research and strategy development to implement new trading strategies, predominantly options-focused.</p>

<p>Research, build libraries, create and evaluate strategies, and analyze performance data to drive trading decision-making in a data-driven manner.</p>

<p>Develop and implement cutting-edge automated trading algorithms specifically tailored for cryptocurrency markets.</p>

<p>Conduct in-depth research and analysis to improve trading strategies and risk management techniques.</p>

<h3><strong>Your Profile</strong></h3>

<p>Strong background in numerical methods including Monte Carlo and Stochastic Calculus for vanilla & exotic derivative valuations.</p>

<p>Familiarity with all major derivative products past and present in equity, rates, FX, or commodity markets — particularly options.</p>
</li>

<p>Solid understanding of volatility products and vol surface modeling.</p>
</li>

<p>Understanding of back-testing and out-of-sample testing methodologies.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong programming skills in C++17/20, Rust, and Python.</p>

<p>Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</p>

<p>PhD or graduate degree in a quantitative field (Physics, Maths, Financial Engineering).</p>

Quantitative Strategist
