Who You Are:

As a Quantitative Products Trader, your responsibilities will include protocol market making, exchange market making, franchise market making strategies and proprietary trading support.  Your role will primarily involve market making for client tokens, where you will ensure both sides of the order book are actively maintained within the specified key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will be part of a team that is responsible for proprietary trading strategies, where your expertise in quantitative analysis, risk management, operations and algorithmic trading will be relied upon.

What You’ll Do:

• Improve existing and develop new automatic trading, hedging and risk holding strategies, and trade signals in cryptocurrency markets
• Develop, maintain, and improve the data environment to help research and trading, including simulation framework, trade signal evaluation tools etc.
• Analyze proprietary trade data and client flow data, build processes to optimize flow and PnL capture for client market making business
• Build and improve trading system components to monetize research findings and optimize PnL
• Interact with production systems and manage trading and risk

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of FX and/or crypto client facing market making front office experience, 5+ years technical experience
• Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, advanced degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analyzing large data sets and machine learning
• Experience with FX and/or crypto market making and market micro-structure
• Proficiency with coding in Python is required
• Experience with Java is strongly preferred
• Understanding of code design and production best practices is a big plus
