We’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager with deep expertise in DeFi and crypto to lead marketing, communications, and community initiatives for K3 Labs. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll balance strategy and execution, shaping brand narratives, driving engagement, and building long-term credibility.

You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, executing marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and growing active communities. The ideal candidate is passionate about crypto, understands how to communicate complex ideas effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & communications strategies to amplify brand narratives and drive engagement.

• Manage PR and media relations, including drafting press releases, securing placements, and handling outreach to key publications and influencers.

• Oversee social media and content marketing, ensuring a steady flow of compelling content across Twitter, blogs, websites, and other platforms.

• Engage with and support crypto communities, working closely with community managers to monitor sentiment and identify growth opportunities.

• Lead partnership and integration efforts, collaborating with ecosystem partners, influencers, and industry players to expand reach.

• Coordinate events and campaigns, from speaking opportunities to digital activations and brand-building initiatives.

• Track and optimize performance, ensuring marketing efforts drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, creatives, and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Deep knowledge of DeFi and crypto, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, ideally in crypto, fintech, or a fast-paced industry.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of crafting impactful press releases, social content, and brand messaging.

• Hands-on experience with social media and community management, with the ability to engage, listen, and adapt in real time.

• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience with media relations, partnerships, and brand-building strategies.

• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a results-driven mindset.
