Who are we looking for

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Analyst to promote our marketing presence and growth in Hong Kong.

Here's how you'll be contributing:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the crypto exchange landscape, primarily focused on Chinese speaking market.
• Build and implement a framework for user expansion and establish a marketing framework to shape our marketing and growth strategies for local markets.
• Localize marketing content, application, website for the local market.
• Develop social media marketing campaigns and growth strategies for the local market.
• Build relationships with KOLs, community leaders, brand ambassadors in the local market.
• Organize local events to build a community and awareness around our brand.
• Seek strategic marketing partners and sponsorships to drive awareness of the brand.
• Leverage prior experience working at an exchange to bring a nuanced understanding of industry dynamics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of progressive marketing experience in Crypto/DeFi industry.
• Understanding of financial products and services, as well as a passion for decentralized finance.
• Readiness to delve into specifics, grasp local intricacies and user tendencies, and stay abreast of the latest trends in the crypto/DeFi trends.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Highly proficient in written and verbal communication skills for both Chinese and English.
