Our Products
With Olas’ Pearl, the first “AI Agent App Store”, any consumer with a laptop can use AI agents they truly own. With Olas’ Mech Marketplace, the “AI Agent Bazaar”, businesses can put their AI agent up for hire to earn crypto and tap into other AI agents’ services. Today, Olas’ AI Agents serve diverse use cases - from prediction markets and asset management to influencer agents - autonomously creating valuable outcomes. The OLAS utility token provides access to the platform’s benefits and coordinates agent interactions in entire AI Agent economies.
Our Team
Valory is the team you’d be joining, working on Olas (the open-source technology governed by the Olas DAO). Valory is VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial executors that raised its own successful Seed round and co-created Olas, executing a successful public token launch and subsequent $13.8m raise for the Olas DAO. We believe Artificial General Intelligence will likely be agentic and must be co-owned. Read more about our values.
The Role
You’re an ambitious, curious, data-driven marketer who’s eager to make an impact. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in growth marketing, particularly working directly with partners, projects, and ecosystems in the crypto space to identify, shape, and deliver co-marketing opportunities. You thrive on staying ahead of trends and enjoy approaching challenges with creativity and a structured mindset to deliver engaging campaigns and content that grow the brand. You are excited to work in line with our values and collaborate with a world-class team, constantly pushing boundaries as the original agent project in the rapidly-expanding AI agent space.
Main Duties
- Monitor our analytics and trends in the crypto & AI spaces to inform all of your work.
- Plan, execute, analyse and report on content to ensure it aligns with broader business goals, tailoring it to the overall brand voice, specific user personas as part of end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Engage with online communities, forums, and users to build brand awareness and authority.
- Work with BD and product teams to identify and execute strategic campaigns and content, aligning marketing efforts with partner initiatives within the ecosystem.
- Create and distribute high-impact content across platforms (Mainly X and the blog) with a focus on driving measurable user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate across functions, working closely with marketing, product, BD, devrel, and other teams within the organization.
- Contribute to improving operations within marketing, including content workflows, scheduling, and alignment within the marketing team.
Requirements
- Ability to work in line with our values
- 3 years of experience in growth, performance or product marketing, ideally in crypto.
- Demonstrable success growing a brand, in particular social media accounts, via content and other marketing experiments - including A/B tests, channel tests, and funnel optimizations.
- Skilled at identifying, executing, and continuously improving growth opportunities through partnerships, community engagement, and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize marketing performance, including via Google Analytics, Dune, or other analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (X, Discord, Telegram) and how to grow audiences organically.
- Strong copywriting skills and demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging messaging that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, BD, devrel).
- Strong preference for timezones between UTC -2 to UTC +6.
