You’ve studied over 100 on-chain protocols, dissected whitepapers, and spend hours on crypto twitter staying ahead of trends. You have a sharp ability to filter through noise, conduct fundamental analysis, understand the risks, trade-offs and competitive advantages, and assess whether an asset holds real value.
• You’re also a great communicator and an amazing teacher, you can break down complex topics and explain them in ways that feel intuitive to beginners.
• You consider yourself a people-person. You're outgoing and charismatic, and are often considered the life of the party.
• You love doing presentations and being on camera. You're a natural.

Yieldschool specializes in onboarding and educating HNWI into Decentralized Finance (DeFi), also known as the Primary Crypto Markets. We guide our Members to securely access these markets and invest in quality crypto assets at earlier, cheaper stages, leveraging a proven system that has delivered significant results. Over 800 Members have used our system, with some achieving 500%, 1,000%, and even 3,000%+ gains in the past 12 months.

He’s consulted crypto exchanges on which assets they could legally list, written their policies and procedures, and negotiated with the government on their behalf. His work has contributed to the approval of the first crypto ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role involves transforming research and market insights into compelling video content and live presentations for our members. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, identifying key discussion points, and delivering engaging content in video and group settings. You must excel in being in front of the camera, setting the community tone and fostering engagement.

YOUR MISSION

• Produce high-quality video content that simplifies and explains DeFi concepts, market trends, and research findings.
• Deliver engaging live presentations and video updates that keep members informed and connected.
• Analyze DeFi trends, protocols, and market shifts to create insightful video content.
• Identify opportunities to enhance member engagement through video and live discussions.
• Participate in and lead group calls, delivering presentations and analysis on key industry developments.
• Collaborate with the research and client success teams to ensure video content aligns with member needs.
• Help scale content production processes, improving efficiency in content creation and delivery.
• Maintain a strong on-camera presence that builds trust, excitement, and engagement among the community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Genuine passion for decentralized markets and Web3 technology.
• Deep crypto and DeFi expertise, with the ability to present complex topics in an engaging, digestible way.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence in front of the camera.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and grow a community through video and live content.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new content creation tools and platforms.
• Experience in audience engagement, content strategy, or education-focused media is preferred.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills.
• Effective time management and content planning wizard.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listener with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
