Digital Asset Custody, the way it should be Zodia Custody is an FCA and CBI registered Virtual Assets Service Provider (VASP), offering Crypto Custody services to Institutional Investors. Zodia Custody is a Venture backed by Standard Chartered Bank and Northern Trust based in the UK, Ireland and Europe, with satellite locations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia. Zodia Custody has also partnered in Japan with SBI to launch the service and has plans to continue to expand in the Middle-East. We aim to be the best in class in providing Crypto Custody services to traditional financial institutions, fintech and mature web3 companies.
Zodia Custody is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Sales Associate (Intern) to join our dynamic team. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in sales development, content management, and event planning. You’ll support Zodia Singapore’s efforts to expand top-of-funnel reach, manage engaging content, and coordinate events and workshops, with plenty of opportunities to develop valuable skills for a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify potential leads and assist with lead-generation initiatives through research, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
- Support the sales development team with data entry, CRM updates, and lead follow-up.
- Assist in creating outreach strategies, cold-call scripts, and email templates for prospect engagement.
- Sales marketing:
- Develop high-quality content for digital marketing scaled campaigns
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as presentations and infographics.
- Event & Workshop Planning
- Assist in planning and organizing Zodia events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and pre/post-event communications.
- Support workshop creation for educating partners and clients about our custody solutions.
- Help facilitate attendee engagement and follow-up from events, tracking outcomes and feedback.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Undergraduate or master’s student in Singapore
- Strong Interest in Digital Assets and an eagerness to learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using social media platforms and tools like Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Ability to proactively work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
