The Role

We’re seeking a KOL Business Development Manager to expand our global presence by forging meaningful partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and projects in the crypto ecosystem. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building long-term relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development plans and drive negotiations, cooperation, and contract signings.
• Identify, approach, and close profitable partnerships with KOLs.
• Design and support KOL campaigns to boost trading activity.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and client needs.
• Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with KOLs, clients, and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a relevant role.
• Background in channel development or market expansion.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages is highly valued: Spanish, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Belarusian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian.
