In this pivotal role, you'll be the voice of Arbitrum in the Korean market, merging strategic marketing with innovative Web3 growth techniques to foster a vibrant ecosystem. You will play a crucial part in driving the success of builders launching their projects on Arbitrum. This position requires a strategic thinker who is deeply embedded in the Korean Web3 community and is passionate about the future of decentralised technology. You'll be responsible for building relationships, creating engaging content, and running effective community-driven campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for the Korean community on platforms like Cacao, Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. Cultivate an inclusive environment, foster meaningful conversations, and provide exceptional community support.
- Lead the creation of localised content, community events, and marketing campaigns tailored to the Korean market.
- Work closely with the Korean Arbitrum Ambassadors to scale high-quality content development and facilitate in-person workshops to drive developer and community engagement.
- Assist with business development and partnership activities in Korea, helping to identify and engage with key players in the local ecosystem.
- Oversee the translation of marketing materials and other technical and non-technical content to ensure clear communication with the Korean community.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key Korean Web3 outlets and influencers to expand Arbitrum’s reach and influence.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in community management and/or marketing within a Web3 or blockchain startup.
- A deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and a passion for decentralised technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and social media channels simultaneously.
- Experience creating and managing content on social platforms, including Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
