Description:
"Earth From Another Sun" (EFAS) is a PC Looter-Shooter MMO-lite with Base Building and Rogue-lite elements, where you can command your troops to get an edge on those very intense and thrilling big scale Sci-Fi battlefields.
EFAS ranked in the top 10 in each of the Steam Next festivals we participated in (around 1000 games each time)!
EFAS has been in development for close to 6 years. It's currently in a paid alpha stage, and tens of thousands of paid players have already joined our community. We update a new version every two weeks, and the beta is expected to be officially released in 2025.
Our team members come from well-known game studios around the world, including Riot Games, Gameloft, Disney Interactive, Kylotonn, IGG, Perfect World, and Bytedance.
What your day is going to look like:
- You dive into our community like a fearless explorer, sparking conversations, answering questions, and lighting up discussions with the energy of a sports game announcer;
- You gather player feedback and insights like rare treasure, using it to guide our project forward and help craft unforgettable experiences;
- You build bridges with key community influencers, engage with fans like a friend, and turn every interaction into an opportunity to make EFAS a household name across the galaxy.
Responsibilities:
- Build the best Web3 Gaming community in the whole Galaxy;
- Be the friendly face and voice of EFAS, chatting with players, answering questions, and building connections that make the community feel like home;
- Create updates, run events, and share announcements that bring our story to life and keep everyone engaged;
- Build bridges with influencers, other communities, and internal teams to grow EFAS’s reach and impact;
- Track community health, gather feedback, and share it with the team to keep improving the experience for players.

Experience and skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in community management, especially on Discord, with a knack for creating a fun, inclusive atmosphere;
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Strong people skills with a talent for keeping interactions positive, friendly, and engaging;
- A power user of Discord, skilled with bots, events, and server management;
- Deeply familiar with crypto, Web3, and gaming lingo, comfortable engaging all levels of players.
Bonus:
- If you’re a gamer at heart, active in other Web3 gaming communities, or fluent in additional languages, you’ll feel right at home;
- A creative touch with experience making graphics, memes, or videos for community engagement would be a fantastic fit for this role!
