About Us

We are building a next-generation Vault Management Platform within the Solana ecosystem, enabling users to create, manage, and subscribe to personalized investment strategies. As we transition into the development and operational phases, we are seeking a Financial Expert to bring expertise in financial systems, blockchain-based trading, and DeFi protocols to help shape the platform’s features and strategies.

Role Overview

The Financial Expert will play a critical role in shaping the platform's financial strategies and advising on features that enhance yield optimization and backend integrations according to the platform vision and industrial trends. This individual will also act as the in-house resource for active trading strategies and market analysis for vaults managed by Starke Finance. This is not a development position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Guidance

• Advise on the integration of financial systems and blockchain-based trading practices to optimize the platform's vault performance and user experience.
• Identify and recommend high-priority features for development based on market needs and user impact.

Active Trading and Yield Optimization

• Design and execute active trading strategies for vaults managed by Starke Finance, leveraging knowledge of decentralized exchanges (DEXs), lending platforms and leveraging protocols.
• Analyze market trends and implement yield optimization techniques for vault assets, enhancing returns for subscribers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate trading strategies into vault automation workflows.

Feature Development Collaboration

• Work closely with the product and development teams to design features such as automated rebalancing, DeFi platform integrations, and vault tokenization.
• Provide input on risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance and secure user asset handling.
• Suggest enhancements to trading and yield features based on evolving DeFi and financial market trends.

Market Analysis and Insights

• Monitor financial trends and blockchain innovation to keep the platform competitive in the DeFi space.
• Share insights on DEX liquidity, asset performance, and vault rebalancing strategies to inform platform updates and trading decisions.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Assess risks associated with DeFi integrations, leveraging strategies, and platform operations, implementing safeguards to protect vault assets.
• Work with the team to establish compliance measures aligned with evolving regulations and best practices in blockchain finance.

Qualifications

Financial Expertise

• Strong understanding of financial systems, trading practices, and portfolio management strategies.
• Familiarity with asset management concepts such as rebalancing, fees structures, and risk-adjusted returns.

Blockchain and DeFi Knowledge

• Proven experience with blockchain financial systems, including DEXs, lending platforms, and yield optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of Solana’s ecosystem and blockchain infrastructure is a significant advantage.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking

• Ability to analyze market trends and implement actionable strategies for vault yield maximization.
• Proven track record of collaborating on financial product development or DeFi platform integration.

Technical Collaboration Skills

• Ability to work with development teams to implement trading strategies and ensure seamless integration of financial features.
• Experience with trading tools, risk management frameworks, and blockchain-based analytics.
