Handle high amounts of incoming messages
Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Be an ambassador for the company services and values
Native or fluent Spanish as well as English
1+ years experience as a customer service representative
A service-minded, proactive and positive attitude
Team player who can work across boundaries
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which may include night shifts
Sound knowledge and understanding in cryptocurrencies or blockchain is a plus
