Job Description

Key focus of your role…

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer who comes with a well-defined network, and with a strong understanding of blockchain gaming, NFT and Metaverse industries. You will autonomously manage multiple new and ongoing developments with partners. You will be able to deliver highly complex and technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear, succinct, and comprehensible manner. You will geek out on blockchain, NFTs, Metaverse, gaming, and decentralized finance and be excited to join us in our journey as we continue delivering the MAD evolutionary gaming ecosystem.

Your day to day?

  • Develop business development strategies and establish strategic partnership connections with potential partners, communities and KOLs
  • Review and analyze market trends in blockchain gaming, and the NFT and Metaverse industries
  • Craft and continuously refresh our sale pitches and content/collateral to provide the best possible offerings
  • Promote and execute communication initiatives and key program rollouts to court partnerships and customers in blockchain gaming and Metaverse
  • Set and track goals and metrics to gauge effective partnership and customers growth and engagement
  • Research competitive analysis to develop our selling strategies and strategic decisions
  • Constantly seek new opportunities, have a firm understanding of our business lines, products and tech tools, and identify new business opportunities with games, guilds and communities 
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing partners to identify opportunities for growth

Your background?

  • At least 2 years crypto partnership management/sales experience.
  • A network of existing relationships in Defi, Blockchain Gaming, or the NFT and Metaverse industries
  • A passion for gaming, Metaverse and crypto, and understanding of crypto technology and crypto wallets, including metamask, NFTs, and DeFi protocols
  • Thorough knowledge of the operations of blockchain gaming and Metaverse ecosystems and communities
  • Experience in working with marketing to develop and writing sales messages to partners and potential customers
  • Experience in autonomously conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing business cases to prioritize the highest impact opportunities
  • High caliber of operational standards background—always proactive and meticulous, with an eye for detail
